廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)特色項(xiàng)目

即將開(kāi)幕的廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)將設(shè)42個(gè)比賽項(xiàng)目，是亞運(yùn)會(huì)歷史上比賽項(xiàng)目最多的一屆。本屆亞運(yùn)會(huì)新增了賽龍舟等特色比賽項(xiàng)目，這將是亞運(yùn)會(huì)首次舉行龍舟比賽。
卡巴迪 Kabaddi
Kabaddi has a long history dating back to pre-historic times. It was probably invented to ward off group attacks by individuals and vice-versa. The game was very popular in the southern part of Asia played in its different forms.
Kabaddi is basically a combative sport, with seven players on each side; played for a period of 40 minutes with a 5 minutes break(20-5-20). The core idea of the game is to score points by raiding into the opponent’s court and touching as many defence players as possible without getting caught on a single breath. One player, chanting Kabaddi!!! Kabaddi!!! Kabaddi!!! Charges into the opponent court and tries to touch the opponent closest to him, while the seven opponents make manoeuvres to catch the attacker. This is Kabaddi, the match of one against seven, known as the game of struggle. The players on the defensive side are called the “Antis” while the player of the offence is called the “Raider”.
The game calls for agility, good lung capacity, muscular co-ordination, presence of mind and quick responses.
The only playing facility required for Kabaddi is a rectangular piece of ground measured 13 meters in length and 10 meters in width(Men).
The Asian Amateur Kabaddi Federation(AAKF) was formed in the year 1978. In the 11th Beijing Asian Games(1990), Kabaddi was included as a regular sport in the Asian Games for the first time.
卡巴迪起源于南亞，這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)據(jù)說(shuō)已經(jīng)有4000多年的歷史，人們最早以類似的動(dòng)作來(lái)抵御外界的侵襲，后來(lái)經(jīng)過(guò)逐漸發(fā)展成為一項(xiàng)規(guī)范的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。1990年第十一屆北京亞運(yùn)會(huì)卡巴迪首次成為正式比賽項(xiàng)目。
卡巴迪的比賽場(chǎng)地長(zhǎng)13米，寬10米，中線將場(chǎng)地分為大小相等的兩部分。
比賽開(kāi)始時(shí)雙方隊(duì)員站在己方半場(chǎng)，決定進(jìn)攻先后，首先進(jìn)攻的一方派出一名隊(duì)員到對(duì)方半場(chǎng)進(jìn)攻，進(jìn)攻隊(duì)員如果觸及某一名防守方隊(duì)員并順利回到己方半場(chǎng)則得一分，被觸及球員被罰出場(chǎng)；如果進(jìn)攻隊(duì)員不能順利回到己方半場(chǎng)，則被罰出場(chǎng)，輸一分。進(jìn)攻由雙方輪流進(jìn)行，全場(chǎng)比賽分上下半場(chǎng)，各20分鐘，中場(chǎng)休息5分鐘，最終得分多者獲勝。
