Over 600 professionals from various sectors, including academia, industry and research, gathered at the 16th China OHP (Occupational Health Psychology) and Positive Organization Conference held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University on Friday. The conference explored crucial topics on occupational mental health, which impacts individual happiness, organizational development and societal progress.

The event featured authoritative experts in this field from home and abroad, as well as outstanding business managers across various industries. They shared insights on the theoretical frontiers and practical explorations of building a mental health service system for employees and discussed the relationship between occupational mental health and new quality productive forces under the drive of technological innovation, aiming to help companies construct positively-oriented organizations for sustainable development.

The conference was organized by Beijing-based EAPs Consulting in partnership with SJTU's School of Psychology and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Ltd (CATL).

During the event, business leaders presented real-life cases, showcasing the paths and methods to cultivate a spirit of striving and building positive organizations. They also advocated for enhancing a sense of happiness and gain for individuals involved in the workplace.
